Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Standard (Royal Mail / Evri): 2–4 business days after dispatch.  

• Express (optional): 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom. If/when we ship internationally, additional customs duties and taxes may apply, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at (youmeinfo934@gmail.com) within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
