Directions for use
Begin with massaging a pea size amount of magnesium butter onto clean, dry skin,ideally
after you have bathed when skin is warm and pores are open. Apply to areas such as legs,
feet or stomach. For best results , use daily 1 hour before bed to help restore magnesium
levels and aid a restful sleep.
Note: A slight tingling sensation may occur on first use, especially if magnesium levels are
low—this is normal and typically fades with continued use. Avoid applying to broken or
freshly shaved skin.
